Camera frames leave your device. The pose estimate runs on a server.

What happens to one frame
- The browser shrinks the frame to 640 by 360 pixels and encodes it as JPEG.
- The browser sends it over a WebSocket to the server.
- The server estimates the pose and returns keypoints, joint angles and the count.
- The server holds those angles for the length of the session.
What is kept
- Stored in your browser
- Two settings, the theme and the text size.
- Account
- None.

- Recording
- None. Neither side writes a frame to disk.
What this does not promise
- Nobody here holds a regulatory status to handle health data.
- A session record is joint angles rather than footage, and it still describes how you move.
