The movement
- Stand tall beside a bench or solid table.
- One hand on the support.
- Eyes ahead, fixed point.
- One foot directly in front of the other.
- Front heel against the back toes.
- Both feet pointing forward.
- Hold 10 seconds.
- Step out of the position.
- Swap which foot leads.
- Hold 10 seconds again.
