Before you start

A session holds exercises. An exercise holds sets. Stop what a rule names and everything inside it.

  • First firm stretch: stop the slide.
  • Pain past 5 out of 10: stop the set.
  • Knee swells more after each session: stop the exercise.

The movement

  1. Lie on your back on a bed or the floor.
  2. Both legs straight.
  3. Hips level.
  4. Camera to one side.
  5. Hip, knee and ankle in frame.

  1. Slide the heel of the operated leg toward the buttock.
  2. Keep the heel on the bed.
  3. Stop at the first stretch.
  4. Hold 5 to 10 seconds.
  5. Slide the heel back down.
  6. Repeat until the leg fatigues.
