Before you start
A session holds exercises. An exercise holds sets. Stop what a rule names and everything inside it.
- First pain when irritability is high: stop the repetition.
- Shoulder hurts more the next morning: stop the exercise.
- Night pain returns: stop progressing the range.
The movement
- Sit on a chair facing a table, lie on your back, or stand beside a table.
- Sitting: both feet flat on the floor.
- Standing: feet hip width apart, and only as the irritability falls.
- Forearm of the painful arm on the table, or that wrist held by the other hand.
- Shoulders level.
- Elbow of the painful arm straight, not locked.
- Camera on the side of the painful arm.
- Slide the arm forward along the table, or lift it with the other hand.
- Move only as far as the irritability allows.
- Hold the end position 30 seconds.
- Bring the arm back to the start.
